Process

1. Initial Meeting

We always begin a project with a complimentary project consultation at your job site or at a local coffee shop. We can conduct an initial site visit with you, discuss your objectives and concerns, and outline a process for getting your project under way.

 

2. Design

This is the most important part of the process. We work with a number of great architects and designers in the Grand Rapids area. We love the idea of visually seeing your plans to assure that everyone is on the same page. This also will give time to work up a plan so that your space functions to its highest potential. We want to make sure you can see drawn up designs and show rooms with examples of products that are going to be in your home before they are in your home.

 

3. Cost Estimating

We will provide you with a free quote with an itemized list of exactly what it takes to go into your home.

 

4. Building

We pride ourselves on the attention to detail that we put into each home. TM-BR has over 10 years of experience building. We are constantly learning about new products to help make your home run as efficient as possible.

 

5. Relationships
